TOBACCO ROAD
626 S. Miami Ave.
Miami, FL 33130
305-374-1198
Liquor license number 0001, the first in Dade County, belongs to Tobacco Road. People have been coming to eat, drink, gamble, or listen to good jazz and blues since it opened in 1912. The house band, Iko-Iko, shares the stage with local and internationally recognized talent nightly. The sound system is awesome. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Though it's primarily a nightclub, the food is worth a trip, especially midnight 'til 2 AM, when 14-ounce steaks go for only $5! And if you happen to be here on Tuesdays, you will find a full lobster dinner for $9.95!

JOE'S STONE CRAB
227 Biscayne Street
Miami Beach, FL
(305) 673-0365

A local institution for over 80 years, Joe's serves the finest in Florida Stone Crabs and seafood in an "early Miami Beach" setting. Not to mention the creamed spinach, fried tomatoes and the best Key Lime Pie that you have ever had!

TONI'S SUSHI BAR
1208 Washington Ave.
Miami Beach, FL 33139
(305)673-9368
Toni's features "New Tokyo Cuisine," a combination of Japanese and Continental cooking. They have reasonably priced sushi in a wide variety, which you can eat either at the traditional Japanese sushi bar or at a table. For dessert, try the fried cheesecake.
