Somebody here sure does love Elvis. Not only does the King's face seem to pop up all over, the funky decor includes hubcaps galore and those incredibly shiny Formica-topped-tables. It's impossible to leave Chuy's hungry. The Tex-Mex favorites like beef and chicken enchiladas are served on large platters--the culinary experience wouldn't be complete without Chuy's fresh flour tortillas, sour cream, lettuce, and pico de gallo. But the real house specialty is- the enchiladas. Blue corn tortillas--so tasty--are mixed with smoked chicken and cheese, before they're smothered in a green tomatillo sauce.
