Land of the Blue Crab. Even though overshadowed by the power and politics of Washington, DC, Baltimore has it's own style attractions. It was here during the War of 1812 that Francis Scott key wrote the "Star Spangled Banner" while watching the bombardment from a warship anchored in the Balitimore harbor.

USS CONSTELLATION

Launched in 1854 at the Gosport Navy Yard in Virginia, the Constellation was the last all-sail vessel built by the US Navy. A recent restoration took place in Summer 1999 at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore.
